Assimilation

This course is designed to help students develop and implement an effective assimilation system for newcomers to a local church. The goal of this course is that pastors and leaders will develop an effective system that will enable first time guests to be intentionally guided through the process of becoming long time members. We will cover the practical steps needed to help the first-time guests become second time guests, for second time guests to become regular attenders, and for regular attenders to become active members. We will also discuss why it’s important for a local church to develop healthy systems.
