Steve Summerell served as a Vineyard pastor for 25 years, and for 10 of those years he was an Area Pastoral Coordinator, giving oversight to a number of Vineyard churches in the Southern California area. Steve is currently the Los Angeles Regional director for “b” (https://b-ing.org), a ministry which serves pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, seminary students, churches, and individuals in areas related to spiritual formation and spiritual direction. Steve is an adjunct faculty member at Fuller Seminary in Irvine, CA. He also works with Vineyard leaders and missionaries throughout the world as part of a Leader Care program. Steve earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Azusa Pacific University, with an emphasis in spiritual formation, as well as a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology. He has also completed a two-year training program in spiritual direction. Steve provides spiritual direction, and is part of a faculty team that trains spiritual directors in Southern California.
