Phil Chorlian is the Senior Pastor of the North Jersey Vineyard Church, which he planted in 1997. The church is located in Teterboro, NJ, just outside of Manhattan. Phil has served the Vineyard movement through the years as an Area Pastor, as the Regional Church Planting Coordinator for the North East, and most recently as a member of the Vineyard USA’s Executive Team. Phil is the leader of the Healthy Church Development Team. This team seeks to strengthen and resource the smaller churches in our movement in a variety of ways, with an emphasis on helping churches develop healthy systems. Phil and his wife Norma have been married for over twenty years and have four children.
