Quinton Howitt (B. Ind. Psych; B.Th.; M.Th.; D.Th.) served as the Academic Dean, and as a Professor of Theology, for The Vineyard Biblical Institute until 2012. Before this, he spent several years assisting with the establishment of the South African Theological Seminary (SATS). His Masters and Doctorate degrees were in the fields of Systematic, Biblical and Practical Theology. He has written numerous university courses and three published works: Christianity and the Poor, Angels: A Systematic Study, and In the Trenches at Corinth. Quinton also trained in the field of Industrial Psychology before his theological studies. He is professor of theology and education at the Vineyard Institute South Africa. He is married to Trish and has two daughters. They currently reside in Durban, South Africa.
